Flat trailer is more and more widely used in the transportation industry. Do you know what problems should be paid attention to in the running in period of flat trailer?
1. Before driving, the flat trailer needs to be checked. It is required that the connection with the main engine is correct and reliable, there is no abnormality in the braking system and tire pressure, and the parts shall not be loose, cracked and deformed. If any abnormality is found, it shall be handled properly to avoid affecting the normal use of the flat trailer.
2. During the running in period of flat trailer, the load during operation shall not exceed 80% of the rated load. After driving, check the hub bearing, temperature, leaf spring, wheel and other fasteners.
3. When the flat trailer is driving, pay attention to check whether the brake is heated and whether its driving device is deviated. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
4. After the flat trailer starts stably, don't put your foot on the brake pedal, and try to reduce emergency braking.
