1. Preliminary preparation and site planning
First, ensure the site is flat, dry, and free of obstructions, with sufficient operating space to ensure smooth movement. Inspect all components of the transport rack set for damage, ensuring the rollers rotate freely and the load-bearing surfaces are undamaged or deformed. Park the vehicle in the designated location and engage the handbrake. If the vehicle is on a slope, use anti-slip devices to secure it and prevent slippage during operation. Simultaneously, remove any foreign objects from the wheel surface and surrounding area to prevent interference with the fit between the transport rack and the wheels.
2. Precise alignment of the transport frame and wheels.
Slowly push the transport frame to the side of the wheel and adjust its angle so that the wheel can smoothly fit into the load-bearing slot of the transport frame. Ensure that the load-bearing surface of the transport frame is completely in contact with the bottom of the wheel to avoid uneven stress. During alignment, you can gently shake the transport frame to check if it is securely locked to the wheel. If there is any gap, readjust the position until the transport frame and wheel are firmly locked together without any signs of looseness.
3. Smooth progress and directional control
After confirming that all wheels are correctly positioned on their respective pallet racks, grip the non-slip handles on the sides of the pallet rack with both hands and apply pushing force at a steady pace. Maintain even pressure during pushing, avoiding sudden acceleration or abrupt stops to prevent the vehicle from veering off course due to inertia. When changing direction, slowly adjust the pushing angle, relying on the steering function of the pallet rack's rollers to smoothly change direction. Do not forcibly twist the pallet rack to avoid damaging the rollers or affecting the vehicle's balance. Continuously observe the surrounding environment during movement, avoiding obstacles and ensuring a safe route.
After pushing the vehicle to the target location, slowly decelerate until it stops, and then engage the handbrake again to confirm the vehicle is secure. Next, adjust the position of each pallet rack one by one, ensuring the wheels land smoothly. Gently pull the side of the pallet rack to separate the locking mechanism from the wheels, and remove all pallet racks in sequence. Inspect the surface of the pallet racks for stains or wear, and remove any debris promptly. If any parts are found to be damaged, repair them immediately. Finally, neatly store the pallet racks in a dry, well-ventilated place to prevent rust caused by damp environments and to extend their service life.
