The sucker rod screwing machine is composed of main engine, hydraulic power source and operation platform.
1. Host
The main engine consists of platform, guide rail, main tong, backup tong and support frame. The support frame can move longitudinally on the guide rail, which is used to hold the working object (the sucker rod of the make-up and break down) and send it into the backup tong and the main tong head. The center height of the support frame can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel according to the rod diameter of different specifications.
The back-up tongs are driven by hydraulic motor and driven by screw rod, which are used to clamp the rod body to limit the rotation of the rod body; It is suitable for sucker rods with different diameters, and does not need to adjust or replace any spare parts when making up or breaking down. It can move longitudinally on the guide rail to adjust the distance from the main tong, so as to make up and break down the shackles of sucker rods with different lengths and dismantle the coupling.
The main tong is used to clamp the rod hoop, which is driven and rotated by the cycloidal oil motor with low speed and large torque to make and break the thread connection.
The driving roller mechanism can make the sucker rod enter and exit the main tong and backup tong automatically.
Unloading device: it can load and unload automatically, push the rod coupling out of the equipment after loading and unloading, and transfer it to the next process.
2. Hydraulic power source
The power source is composed of oil tank, motor, gear oil pump and control valve. The conversion from electric energy to hydraulic energy is realized by motor and gear oil pump. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is controlled by the relief valve, which plays the role of safety protection in regulating the pressure of the system. The pressure and temperature of the system are displayed by the pressure gauge and thermometer.
3. Control console
The console is the operation control center of the machine. It is composed of box, control valve and pressure gauge.
